Vulnerable skin must be protected against damaging UV rays. ALHYDRAN SPF 30 provides both hydration and high level UV protection. Because the cream contains fresh Aloe Vera, its hydration is long-lasting. Both UV protection and hydration are essential in the recovery of vulnerable skin.
High UV-protection

NB: With new scars or after a laser treatment, it is important that you do not expose your skin to the sun. Sun exposure is only advised after the skin has healed and with good UV protection.

You can start applying ALHYDRAN as soon as the skin (wound) is closed and any scabs and stitches have been removed. To promote the recovery of the damaged skin, it is possible to apply ALHYDRAN to the surrounding skin of a wound to promote the recovery of the damaged skin.

ALHYDRAN can be used from the age of 3 months. If your child is between 3 and 6 months old, it is advised to discuss its use with the (treating) doctor.
Using a good scar cream on children is important. The sooner you start scar treatment, the better the end result at a later age. Use ALHYDRAN to reduce the chance of problems with scars in children.
It is advised to keep scars out of the sun for at least as long as the scar is active. If this is not possible because a scar is on the face, for example, ALHYDRAN SPF 30 can offer more protection. If the scar is not directly exposed to UV rays, for example because it is under clothes, ALHYDRAN without UV protection will be sufficient.
